Lime is formed almost everywhere where natural water is used. In Germany, calcium hydrogen carbonate dissolved in water is indicated with "degrees of German hardness" (1 °d H = 10 mg/litre Ca O). Calcium carbonate shows up on all kinds of surfaces that meet mineral water as a stubborn, whitegreyish coating. Acids are the most effective way of counteracting this. WESSOCLEAN K20 PLUS universal descaler contains several different natural acids. Our descaler works universally and dissolves limescale everywhere!

Coffee makers and kettles: Fill with water and add 15 grams (3 heaped teaspoons) of K 20 PLUS per 1 litre water. After heating, allow to react for approx. 10-15 min. Then pour off the water and rinse the vessel.

Washing and dishwashing machines: Add 15 grams (3 heaped teaspoons) of K 20 PLUS per 1 litre to the machine, start short wash cycle. After completion, the machine is available for normal programs. Cleaning process for dishwashers can go through with dishes.

Shower heads and aerators: Prepare solution with 30 grams (6 heaped teaspoons) per 1 litre water. Place shower heads and aerators unscrewed in the solution.

Kettles, cooking pots and boilers: Fill container above lime scale level with warm water. Add 30 grams (6 heaped teaspoons) per 1 litre water, let it work until the lime is dissolved.

Steam iron: Fill water container with solution, 15 grams (3 heaping teaspoons) per 1 litre of water and allow to act for 3 hrs. Operate steam burst several times and rinse well.

Faucets and tiles: Prepare solution in a spray bottle with 30 grams (6 heaped teaspoons) per 1 litre of hot water, spray on and let it work. Damp wipe after a few minutes. Do not use on marble tiles!

Toilets: put 60 grams (12 heaped teaspoons) in the toilet in the evening, let it act overnight, flush in the morning.

Pipes, tubes, hoses: flood pipe with warm water, add 30 grams (6 heaped teaspoons) per 1 litre of water, then close front and back. Allow to act overnight, then flush. Note: Not for marble and enamel.
