1. Scope of applicationy
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.

3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking on the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket. The order will be confirmed immediately after the order has been sent. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the goods within five days.

Unless you have chosen credit card payment. In this case, the contract is concluded at the time the credit card is charged (when the order is completed). Unless you have chosen the PayPal payment method. In this case, the contract is concluded at the time of confirmation of the payment order with the payment service provider.

4 Shipping costs
Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. You can find out more about the amount of the shipping costs in the offers.

5. Payment
Payment can be made in advance, via PayPal or on account.

  • Prepayment
    You will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail, from which you can take our bank details and pay the invoice amount by bank transfer.
  • PayPal payment
    You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You must be registered there or register first, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order to us (exception: guest access). You will receive further instructions during the ordering process. - Invoice (only for shipments to addresses in Germany) Invoices are payable within 8 days.

 

6. Self-collection
We only deliver by mail order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

7. Reservation of proprietary rights
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Transport damages
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such faults to the delivery company as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

9 Cancellation policy
Below you will find information on the prerequisites and consequences of the statutory right of revocation for mail-order purchases. Cancellation policy Right of cancellation You can cancel your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (e.g., letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods are delivered to you before the deadline - also by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the goods by the consignee (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before we have fulfilled our obligations to provide information pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligations pursuant to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Consequences of revocation In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g., interest) must be surrendered. If you are unable to return or surrender the received goods and services as well as benefits (e.g., advantages of use), or if you are only able to do so in part or in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the loss of value. You only must pay compensation for the deterioration of the goods and for the use made of them if the use or the deterioration is due to the handling of the goods which goes beyond the examination of the characteristics and the functioning. By "testing the properties and functionality" we mean testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a shop, for example. Goods that can be sent by parcel post are to be returned at our risk. You must bear the regular costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if, in the case of a higher price of the goods, you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of the revocation. Otherwise, the return shipment is free of charge for you. Items that cannot be sent by parcel post will be collected from you. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, the period begins with the dispatch of your notice of cancellation or the item, for us with its receipt. End of the cancellation policy

10. Cost sharing agreement when exercising the right of revocation
We make use of the possibility to impose the costs of the return shipment on you within the scope of the exercise of the statutory right of revocation reproduced in the above instruction as follows: You shall bear the regular costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40.00 euros, or if, in the case of a higher price of the goods, you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of the revocation.

We do not store the text of the contract.

12. Contract language
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
